I specialize in treating individuals with substance use/abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity concerns. I use evidenced-based practices such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to inform my work. I also bring mindfulness tools such as breathing, meditation, and grounding to help my clients heal from difficult experiences such as trauma. It is important to me to bring creativity and intuition into my work because each person is unique in their healing process.

It is important to me to help make mental health accessible. In addition to my listed fees, I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions. If you are concerned about being able to afford therapy, please contact me.

I'm not just a therapist sitting in a chair across from you, thinking I know everything about you. I really bring awareness to your unique experiences and I see you as the expert in your own life. I also see that despite our very different paths and experiences, we are sitting in the same room, for a reason. I think this is one of the greatest gifts. I have ventured into private practice because, for me, this work is not about money or checking boxes, it's truly about connecting with another human being and helping them heal in the best way that I can.

Your session is reserved for you and it is your responsibility to cancel the appointment. Sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Client will be charged the full session fee if sessions are not cancelled with the appropriate notice. I also understand that life happens and occasionally expectations can be made.
